DotPost

Whenever the practice sends out a large letter distribution, we do this through an organisation called DocMail.

In addition to the letter we send out, DocMail send an extra letter to patients in the same envelope, offering a service to receive letters electronically rather than through the post.

Patients are given the option to sign up to this service – it is not obligatory. If they do decide to sign up they have to register online entering the activation code and postcode from the covering letter. The code is only valid for 30 days.

Once the account has been activated, all letters sent to patients through DocMail will be sent to their email.

If patients have any queries about this service, they should be referred back to the letter from DocMail. Alternatively, queries about this service should be directed to the dotpost team at the email provided in the leaflet (dotpost@cfh.com).
