NHS Friends and Family Test Results
October 2021
In October 2021, 335 patients responded to our survey with 95% of those stating they were likely or extremely likely to recommend our practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment. Of these, an impressive 79% said they would be extremely likely to recommend KAMP.
July 2018
In April 2018, 87.5% of patients who responded said they were likely or extremely likely to recommend our practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment.
These were some of the reasons given:
- I know many complain about appointment waiting times, but I have found the practice very supportive of my complex medical conditions and usually get a same day appointment when required.
- All problems & request are dealt with in full no matter how complex. Everyone remains calm.
- My dad has had brilliant treatment here especially from Nurse Holly & Dr Hook & Dr Rosalie

- I have been with this surgery almost 3 years and I have always had really good service. Reception Ladies, Doctors, Nurses and Dispensary are all very helpful and kind.

In April 2018, 85% of patients who responded said they were likely or extremely likely to recommend our practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment.
These were some of the reasons given:
- Emergency appointments always granted when needed. Doctors always called when they said they would. Kind and considerate staff.
- Because everyone in the dispensary is very helpful and the GPs are the same.
- I have always found the majority of doctors and receptionists extremely helpful and easy to talk to – especially the reception girls who always try to help in every way possible

This was one of the reasons given:
- The dispensary at the surgery providing an excellent service. All the staff working there are extremely professional, caring helpful and doing more than their best to assist the patients. Furthermore if there is any update on prescribed medication they informed the patient about this immediately. Excellent dispensary team!
